Tisha is excited to welcome it's newest addition to the family! River Bryant Cale, son of Tisha's Creative Director Kevin Cale, was born at 7:09 am on July 11th.

Tisha Creative recently named Christopher Kogler to the role of Chief Operating Officer. Kogler previously spent two years as the Principal of STI Consulting, LLC and fifteen years as the Creative Director of Thirteen/WNET TV.

Believing Tisha Creative needed to bring the business side of the company up to speed with its creative and sales groups, President, Joe Mindak, sought a COO who could streamline Tisha’s operating procedures. "With myself heading up Sales and our Creative Director, Kevin Cale, running the creative side, Tisha needed someone who could take the lead in the business arena," said Mindak.

Mindak ultimately chose Kogler to be his COO because of his experience in both design and design management. "Chris is extremely strong in both the creative and business worlds," said Mindak. "Not only does that allow him to understand how a creative company such as Tisha needs to be run, but it also means he will be applying his creative skills to business the same way we apply creative skills to design. That’s a major advantage when interacting with our clients."

Kogler - who has won numerous design awards during his career including four Emmy Awards - is excited to have the opportunity to focus on the business side of design and to be working at a mid-size firm. "I was really attracted to Tisha because as a mid-size organization, I knew I could have a significant, positive impact on the growth of the business," he said.
